couldn't find a better kettle than this in the us!

We've seen this kinda kettle (double-walled, temperature settings) when we visited our friends in Germany and really liked it. I wanted to get something like that for myself and when I googled it, this is the only kettle I found in the USA that has all the features I want! I like the color and design. I like that it makes a sound when it's ready :) The only thing I don't like is the plastic handle and the lid. I think it doesn't really look good on such a fancy kettle!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's a lot to like... like how quickly it boils a full capacity of water, the fact that it's insulated and prevents the outside from getting too hot, and the seamless interior.

Sleek and efficient kettle

I love that the kettle stays cool enough to touch when the water is boiled. Not totally cool but definitely comfortable to touch and not a danger to anyone if accidentally touched. Sleek and low profile on the counter is a major plus.

Best kettle I've owned

We love this kettle and use it 4-6x daily (great for French press coffee in the morning, tea throughout the day and at night). I've had a lot of kettles and this is the best one. Water heats up to boiling so quickly, and the buttons make controlling it easy. To clean the hard water spots, which we get from living on city water, that's easily done with baking soda and white vinegar. My parents have the same kettle for years now and also love it.
