Meets almost all our needs for a personal blender. I would love it if there were two additional containers available: a small one, which I could manage without, but for sure would love a bigger one 32 oz or larger. I'd happily pay for it as an available accessory

I love that I can leave it out on my counter instead of having to lug out my full size blender, as well as the fact that you just swap on the lid and you're good to go. Another quality Zwilling product!

Very poor design, multiple failures

Purchased this unit and after 6 months it quit working. Just stopped working, no lighting up, nothing. Filed a warranty and received a replacement within a few weeks. The replacement unit lasted 2 weeks, approximately 4 uses, and it stopped working, just like the first one. I guess it's time to try another replacement but VERY disappointed in the quality of this product!

This blender is sleek and looks great on the counter. When it worked, I was very pleased with it. The container and lid are well designed and great for on the go. Unfortunately, the blender entirely stopped working after about 3 weeks and 12-15 smoothies. Given that short life and unreliability, I wanted to return it for a refund. It was considered "used" so could only return it and wait for a replacement. I am sick and was using the smoothies to improve my nutrition and hydration. Waiting on Zwilling seems ridiculous at this point. Note that if you purchase this, try it and find it not well suited to your needs or broken, you cannot return it for a refund.

Love the elegant simplicity of the product and the ease of use. Was looking for a personal blender for smoothies that would have some power and longevity. Have loved Henkel knives so this was a no brainer. And a 3 yr warranty spoke volumes about the company’s confidence to back this product.
