The Staub Pure Grill pan, has everything I was searching for in a grill pan. Great surface area, large enough for a family of four. No need to grease pan, put some oil on the food and you will have the best grill marks ever. Much lighter than a traditional cast iron grill pan, the two handles on each side, makes handling and lifting a breeze. Can also go into an oven up to 500 degrees, which is perfect for thicker cuts of meat, and frozen meats as well. Can't say enough about this grill pan.

Love the color, but more importantly the performance on my induction cooktop. Pan heats up quickly on low to medium, and retains heat well so that I’m able to cook items on a lower temperature while achieving crispy skins in fish & vegetables. To maintain nonstick property, I noticed that it is important to use enough oil / fat to cover the bottom surface of the pan...otherwise items tend to stick just a bit.

Perfect Induction Cast Iron
