Bought this for grilling inside, but works great on my gas grill for vegetables. Can cook at high temperatures which is a huge plus.

Love this Staub 10" frying pan which always cooks with even heat. I use it to braise and sear chicken breasts and burgers. Fantastic color choices for every kitchen.

Such a beautiful color on a perfect fry pan. I love the black matte interior because it gives a really nice sear to my food. Ithe enamel provides for easy maintenance

This Staub grill produces perfect results. It has deep grooves so not only do you get the perfect grill marks you get the benefit of indirect heat so nothing drys out. One of our favorite things to grill on this pan is eggplant, perfect every time.

The heat capability of this fry an is amazing - heats up quickly and evenly, also stays hot for a long time. My favorite thing about the pan is how well it sears burgers and steaks. Perfect caramelization every time. I have also made cornbread in the pan and the crusting on the edge is excellent.

Perfect Grill Pan

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great grill pan. I had a non stick grill pan for years and it has finally pasted its prime. The Straub Cast Iron 10" Pure Grill was the perfect replacement. Retains heat well and just the right size for my household of two. Cooked with cast iron before and this fit right in with all my other cookware.
