Works extremely well. Items can be seared at lower temperatures. Everything slides off easily and is easy to clean. Light weight fo its size. The temperature indicator is handy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the extra small handle! The weight is perfect, I am able to handle the pan easily with food in it, but it still cooks food like a really heavy pan. It cooks evenly and the glass lid for being nosey to look in is super!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best cookware ever made!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Over the years I've acquired all the best cookware (All-Clad, Le Creuset, Hard-Adonized Non-Stick Cuisinart, Calphalon, etc.) but this product along with 3 others are now my go-to pans. Since I have an electric glass-top stove, cooking is a challenge, but with the indicator feature on the handle of this pan, I know when to add the food and when to lower the heat. Clean-up is amazing! Basically wipe, suds and rinse. I've never had a pan that cleaned up so easily. Do yourself a favor and at least try a fry pan. You'll want them all. And throw away all that Teflon cookware!

Love the handles
