Great pan for family meals

I love to make skillet meals and this pan is the perfect size and depth for a large variety of recipes. Made in Italy from cold forged aluminum this pan has a thick bottom for quick and even heating and a pour rim for a no mess experience. The Granitium coating is reinforced with ceramic particles that increase the scratch resistance and allow metal utensils to be used. The handle feels great in the hand and has a thermo point built in that turns red when the pan is hot enough to cook in and green when the pan is cool enough to wash. The glass lid has a snug fit and allows you to see what's happening. Easy to clean with soap and water but also dishwasher safe.

This Parma Plus pan is made from thick cold-forged aluminum which is an amazing heat conductor. The pan heats up quickly, evenly, and retains heat throughout the cooking process. Nothing sticks to this surface and clean up is a breeze. It has a helper handle that is perfect when the pan is full. Love the glass lid, you can steam or just monitor what ever is cooking.

Spectacular saute pan

I love to use this pan for meatballs and sauce, chicken paramesan and stewed vegetables. The high sides allow for a good amount of sauce and I love the see through glass lid.
The helper handle is great for balance of the pot. This pot can really hold a good amount of food. Perfect for one pot family meals.

This saute pan is an essential piece of cookware. The nonstick coating is ultra durable and I like the Thermopoint light on the handle that lets me know when it is hot enough to cook on and cool enough to rinse/wash. It is lightweight but re-enforced with a strong body for long term use.

Perfect for one pot meals

Parma has been my go-to cookware gift for years due to its durability. It's perfect for someone who loves to cook but isn't the best about taking special care. Parma Plus has new handles that are super comfortable and slip resistant. They have a heat sensor in the handle that turns from green to red, letting you know when the pan is perfectly preheated. They also upgraded the pans with dripless pouring rim.
Whether you're sautéing chicken or browning burger, this pan can handle the job. It has a thick base that heats up perfectly. I love it for one pot meals; the glass lid makes keeping an eye on dinner easy. It's looks great too!
The non stick surface is extremely durable, food releases easily and clean up is a breeze!

Great one pot piece. So useful to brown meat, saute and simmer. I love that the glass lid allows me to see what's going on inside. It's a great weight and super comfortable handle. MADE IN ITALY!
