This fridge is a dud -- ice maker stopped working -- the manufacturing is terrible on it -- not worth the money

Fairly loud unit came broken.

ice maker not working, brand new out of packaging

Super bummed. Bought this and installed it. Ice maker has not worked now for 3 days. Water filter cap not the right size. Could barely get filter into place initially leaked water all over the floor. Waited, waited. No ice to be made. Paid good money for this after another reputable company unit also failed within 1 month. What is with this poor quality. Tried to schedule a service appointment online. Page is broken. Here we go again. 3 out of my last 5 appliances broke before the new smell wore off. Super disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this item to install at a local bank and the refrigerator works great but the ice maker has not worked. Put a request in to have it repaired, this was 2 weeks ago. An appliance repair company came out and said that it looks like we need a computer board for it. Since then I have called several times and texted with no response. The ice machine still does not make ice. This is the reason for 3 Star Rating.

Ice Maker Does Not Work

Ice maker is broken for the third time in less than a year. Every time a technician comes to fix it, theres a different problem. I love the look of it in our bar, but the machine is way too expensive for this many problems. I'm waiting for answer/solution.

Ice maker stopped working

Purchased the panel ready fridge/freezer and ice maker stopped working after just a few months. Can’t easily switch to a new one, as we had custom fronts made for it. Very frustrating!

Great Unit poor Service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this fridge freezer for about a month now. The fridge drawer has unfortunately not worked since Day 1. Freezer drawer has been fine. I understand these things can happen. Placed a service call on July 2nd the tech was unable to diagnose the issue on the spot, have not heard back since, 12 days later despite numerous calls to customer service. This is unacceptable service.
I would recommend this to a friend!
