Very easy to hold and works just as I thought. Very easy to remove and set batteries.works well with all games all the office type stuff. Looks good , also works with almost all surfaces . Thank you dell
Smooth and comfortable. DOES NOT break when dropped, with the magnetic top it just explodes safely. My other Dell mouse (won't say which) fell, landed on the wheel and Bye-Bye mouse, SO I bought this one and dropped it and I like it. It also works well - Both channels and great signal.
I am utilizing the mouse via a bluetooth connection to my new XPS13. I am disappointed that there is a "wake-up" delay every time I go to use the mouse to when the cursor finally starts moving. This is very frustrating when all my activity on the PC is a for short periods of typing, then having to go to the mouse, shuffle it around a little to wake it up and then continue. All drivers and system are updated and mouse settings have been tweeked numerous times in an attempt to resolve the delay to no avail. Going to purchase another brand of mouse to see if same issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

1. Reset the wireless USB receiver into the computer. 2. Save any data, close any open program(s) and restart the computer. 3. Make sure the BIOS is updated to the latest version. 4. Make sure Windows has the latest updates
