I went into my new laptop shopping jaded and disappointed. Looking at the laptops on the market I was disappointed about a lack of ports and an inability to upgrade RAM or the hard drive. THEN I FOUND THIS LAPTOP. I have been so pleased with the customer service I received from Lenovo, purchasing during lockdown. I have been so pleased with the laptop and how it performs for my scientific data analysis work. On top of it all, there were some amazing sales provided by Lenovo, the keyboard feels great, and I have fallen back in love with the trackpoint! I was not an easily pleased customer coming into this shopping experience, but I AM SO PLEASED WITH MY PURCHASE. This laptop is a great product!

Light weight laptop, no overheating at normal load, funs go very loud at heavy load.
I chose to return it because I had 2 BSOD from the video card at different situations and I couldn't reproduce it again, so I had no way to check if the driver update solved the problem or not.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
