Poor Battery Life, Loud Fan Noise, Faulty Display

There are a couple of issues of my purchased item "ThinkPad X1 Extreme Gen 3 Laptop". I got probably a faulty item. A return/replacement request has been initiated on Dec 22, 2020, but didn't get any return label/email from Lenovo till today Jan 5, 2021. So frustrating.
Cons:
1. Display screen is not installed correctly. The thick black inner bezel on the left side as well as upper right side clearly is shown under the outer bezel.
2. Webcam is really very poor quality, blurry image/video on video calling even in highest 720p. I have Dell Latitude in my home. So I can easily compare.
3. Very loud fan noise even when I am not doing any intensive work.
4. Battery life is very poor compare to what Lenovo claims on their website. I got 3-5 hours battery life even just web surfing using browser. But Lenovo claims for this model up to 15 hours. Really!
5. I ran lot's of benchmark, and this laptop lies between mid to low section compare to other manufacturers same config laptops. Frustrating. Because I paid a very good amount of money for this high config laptop.

Le seul problème que j’ai constaté est que la batterie ne tient pas trop longtemps, à peine deux heures et sans grosse charge de travail, juste chrome.

The laptop is phenomenal. Its slim and looks great, the keyboard feels crisp and tactile, and the performance is great. Its battery life is shorter than I'd like on something that costs 2000+, but its not short either. Id very much recommend this laptop for people who need to get school or work things done but also want the freedom to play games and engage in editing and design.

I bought this 2.5 years ago thinking it would last at least 5 years. It’s out of warranty. It keeps rebooting. I had to buy a new ssd. Still not rebooting not reading the hard drive. Will never buy lenovo again

Shipping was very slow though & a Lenovo rep called me to say that it would be even longer to get my computer and then suggested I switch to another model. When I did not agree to this, they shipped my computer right away.
