Quiet and cleans well, but racks cheap & flimsy.

It is quiet and cleans dishes well. The cycles are adequate, and are simple to use. Installation was quick with no issues. There are very few features, such as drop down shelf for serving spoons or utensil basket cover to keep small items from flying around while washing. The racks are quite cheap and flimsy and dishes clank around when pulled in or out to load due to the very lightweight wire racks, and first dish loaded bangs on the sides of the dishwasher, as it is angled to close to the edge. I do not believe the racks will hold up for long, and sure the prongs will break off soon. I hope replacements are available if needed in the future. Also, the capacity is not equal to my old dishwasher, although the same measurement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're glad to assist you with your dishwasher by providing some helpful loading tips that will help with the racks. The upper rack is primarily for glasses, cups, and saucers. For best wash performance, tilt cup and glass openings toward the center of the rack.
The lower rack is best used for plates, saucers and cookware items. Large items, such as broiler pans and baking racks should be placed along the sides of the rack.

Don't dry all dishes, put rinse aid in it compartment and dishwasher pack that came with dishwasher (samples)

You will need to ensure that the water entering the dishwasher is between 120 and 140 degrees Fahrenheit for best wash and dry performance. Run the faucet closest to the dishwasher prior to starting the dishwasher to purge cold water from the hot water line. It cleans the dishes well. However it doesn't hold a lot. The bottom rack doesn't stay in place when you pull it out. When you open the door it sounds hollow. Very cheaply made.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
