Economical and Efficient

This model has a nice, modest appearance that complements a small kitchen without overtaking it. It does a very good job of cleaning and drying the dishes and with efficient loading, has a surprisingly good capacity for its size.
I recommend it highly for apartments or homeowners like me with kitchen space constraints.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worst GE product!
on January 4, 2023
Posted by: Taz2111
It is the worst GE product I have ever used! I live in an apartment and the maintenance crew installed it improperly for one and the dishwasher does not have a dry cycle button. Every time I was dishes, the tub is always dripping wet and never dries. I found mold growing on my clean dishes the second time I used the dishwasher!! It's the most basic model and the worst one yet!!!

Oh no!
Having your dishwasher racks slip and slide off track can become really time consuming when trying to do dishes. We are very sorry for this kind of experience and will be happy to provide some assistance.
Dishwasher detergents can leave a white film or residue on glassware, dishes, or even the dishwasher tub itself. Soap residue can cause the wheels or rack slides to start to stick or slide so that they don't roll properly. To correct this, we recommend the use of high quality detergents such as Cascade® Platinum™ ActionPacs™ or Finish® Quantum® Automatic Dishwashing Detergent.
We appreciate your time taken to provide us this feedback. Please feel welcome to connect with us if you have any further questions or concerns. -Haley@GEA

Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on your GE dishwasher. We understand your concern, and we are happy to put your mind at ease.
Some water (standing water), usually one to two cups, remaining in the bottom of the dishwasher tub is normal. This water helps to keep the pump seal lubricated. Water should not be as high as the front of the center raised island in the bottom of the tub. If there is excessive water in the tub at the end of a cycle, you may have a draining issue. See article "Dishwasher does not drain" at the link below:
If you should ever have an excessive amount of water in your dishwasher, we recommend that you schedule a service appointment with GE Appliances Factory Service Team. You can schedule an appointment by calling the Service Department directly at 1-800-432-2737 Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET, or by scheduling online at the following link: https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm

Bottom drawer is junk, cleans great

Washes and cleans dishes great! The bottom drawer is junk though, it doesn’t stay on the track and has even yanked off the seal on its way out. So frustrating.
