Bought this machine about a month ago, I am very disappointed, it takes over 2 hours till ends. I pre-rinse before loading, dishes, pots silverware comes out dirty, tried cleaning filters, nothing helps. I have an older GE model with only one row of spray that I use for my dairy dishes, comes out sparkling clean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on your GE dishwasher. We understand your concern, and we are happy to put your mind at ease.
Some water (standing water), usually one to two cups, remaining in the bottom of the dishwasher tub is normal. This water helps to keep the pump seal lubricated. Water should not be as high as the front of the center raised island in the bottom of the tub. If there is excessive water in the tub at the end of a cycle, you may have a draining issue. See article "Dishwasher does not drain" at the link below:
If you should ever have an excessive amount of water in your dishwasher, we recommend that you schedule a service appointment with GE Appliances Factory Service Team. You can schedule an appointment by calling the Service Department directly at 1-800-432-2737 Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET, or by scheduling online at the following link: https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm
Thank you for choosing GE Appliances for your home! -Devin@GEA
Who ever heard of a dishwasher that doesn't dry the dishes ? My 20 year old machine worked much better than my brand new one.

I love how simple it is. I mean, all we want to do is get our dishes clean, right? The only complaint I have is that it could be a little hotter in the dry cycle. But that's not a deal breaker.
Product has not performed well. Cylcles not completing. Soap dispenser not opening
