Disappointed that it is not quite a standard size. there is an approximate 1 inch crack between the dishwasher and countertop even after feet raised as high as possible.My. two previous dishwashers fit perfectly. Also, not as quiet as my previous, but more expensive, dishwasher.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If there's a gap between the dishwasher and the countertop, we recommend referring to the installation manual: https://products-salsify.geappliances.com/image/upload/s--M1IM2loS--/dynsl5jjd0y86bp5ev6j.pdf?_ga=2.90465818.1620127291.1708352284-1676878804.1700237661&_gl=1*1sl5qnx*_ga*MTY3Njg3ODgwNC4xNzAwMjM3NjYx*_ga_1JLE3BZ79Y*MTcwODU0NDk3Ni4zMjMuMS4xNzA4NTQ5Njg1LjAuMC4w
This item was purchased on a tight budget. Got on sale. The unit was relatively easy to install with no issues. I recycled the sound blanket from my old dishwasher, so the operation was nice and quiet. I have used it 3 times so far, and have always used the Heavy Duty cycle. The dishes came out perfectly clean each time, and completely dry. I saw some mixed reviews on bad drying capabilities, but I did not experience this with my unit when using the HD cycle, and when dishes and silverware were loaded properly per instruction materials. It possesses basic features, but that’s exactly what I was looking for. I find the more bells and whistles an item has, the more opportunity for things to fail. If you like “over engineered”appliances, you will probably be unhappy with this unit. I can not attest to reliability or longevity as it’s less than a month old, but hopefully it will last.
Very Noisy and the racks are very fragile It seems to clean ok
If I had to do it again I would buy a better

Your feedback is appreciated and important to us. We will be sharing this with our engineering and design teams. We are glad to hear your dishwasher is cleaning well.
The dishwasher works well, the electronic button to turn it on is a little hard unless you press it in the exact spot. The dishwasher does a nice job cleaning and runs quiet.
This dishwasher couldn't possibly be a worse design. There is no vent on the unit, making it impossible to have dry dishes. The sprayers are so low that you can't wash tongs or chili pots, and they won't even touch the dishes on the outer sides of the rack. There is no designated pre-wash fill slot and no option for high heat or heated dry. The build quality is garbage, the only part that feels OK is the seal in the door, which is ironic because it already does so well at keeping the dishes wet. The cycles are so long, too. The heavy cycle takes 4 hours and doesn't even remove all the residue from your dishes. This product should be avoided.

Hi there! Thank you for leaving us a review. We are extremely sorry to hear of your experience with your dishwasher and its design. This is definitely not the consumer experience that we strive for, and we will be sure to pass this feedback along to our product design teams for review.
We have provided some tips to avoid poor drying in your dishwasher at the link below.
Pretty nice dishwasher for the price. Only real complaint that we have is that the wheels on the bottom tray are pretty flimsy and fall off occasionally. But that’s really not something that impacts the cleaning process.
