Very quiet

It’s a sleek black that looks great in our kitchen. It runs quietly. It does seem to have a very long clean cycle compared to others -3-4 hours but otherwise really like it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to install and let me just say this dishwasher has definitely done a excellent job so far..dries the dishes quick & you don’t have to rewash anything at all because one cycle does the job! Even my greasy pans came out so clean & shiny. This dishwasher is even made in America couldn’t ask for any better than that! GE products seems to amaze me every time never disappointed with their products!!

Solid dish washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a new dishwasher and so far this one works great. It’s a bit louder than my old and and definitely doesn’t feel as beefy as my older one, but it works great. It does a good job of cleaning the dishes. It’s used at least twice a day and so far I haven’t had an issue with it.

You pay for what you get

This is for sure the basic model cheapest GE dishwasher out there . We purchase for a short term fixed since we are building a home in 2022 . Just need something inexpensive and a solution for a broken dishwasher. It is terrible and we already have a service call in for it .

Does Not Dry My Dishes

I live in an apartment. This dishwasher was installed last week. I have used it three times now, and it does not dry my dishes. I told the owner about this; he really did not seem to care. The only thing I can do is run the hot water (I have read through the reviews to solve this problem, and this is one of the helps GE told another reviewer in a link). The dishwasher does clean my dishes so that is good. I do wish the inside of the dishwasher was not grey as it would be easier to see inside it. This dishwasher is a no frills model.

We are sorry this dishwasher is not drying the dishes well. Your feedback about the interior color will be presented to our d8ishwasher design team for future consideration. Some water remaining in the bottom of the dishwasher after the completion of a dry cycle is normal. If your dishes are not drying properly, please check for the following conditions:
Water entering the dishwasher should be between 120 and 140 degrees Fahrenheit for best wash and dry performance. Run the faucet closest to the dishwasher prior to starting the dishwasher to purge cold water from the hot water line. Check the rinse aid dispenser and fill it if it is empty. Rinse aids prevent spots on glasses and promote drying by causing water to sheet off dishware and glassware. Rinse aids such as Jet-Dry® can be purchased in your local grocery store. Hope this helps and may have owner check the hot water heater temperature as it is an important factor. Hope this helps. Geoff@GEA

Simple, generic, easy to use

I was looking for something simple for my kitchen dishwasher since I normally wash my dishes manually and use as a rack. My old one was completely corroded, the dishwasher feels fresh and has new smell!
