The dishwasher leaked and doesn't dry dishes. Very basic and cheap.

Dishwasher is quiet and cleans great. Dishes sparkle when done! Neat and sleek appearance. GE has never let me down, would recommend to others looking for a cost effective great working dish washer!

Does an excellent job washing

Has the features I need to wash dishes. Noticeably quieter than our last washer. Cleanable filter if I need to. Does a great job cleaning anything we put in it. The plastic did have a strong smell but, I ran it a few times empty and the smell went away.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So my previous dishwasher was n its last days of life so I decided on the GE dishwasher with front controls. It has worked like a champ. I don't have to prewash my dishes before I load it. And they come out clean everytime. It is very simple with options. The only thing Is when we first opened it up it had a strong plastic smell that took about a week to go away. Other than that it is a great machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!
