This product was very cheaply made. The rack is almost too small and the wheels don't line up on the rail so you have to center it for it to move back and forth. I wish I paid for the upgrade. Only reason it got three stars is it actually cleans the plates and cups.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We’re glad to hear the dishwasher is cleaning your dishes well. We utilize high quality materials when we manufacture our appliances, and we’d like to address the issues you’re having with the rack. We have information regarding optimal loading of the racks starting on page 11 of the manual; that’s linked here: https://products-salsify.geappliances.com/image/upload/s--EszXjA26--/2ee1c206fc195cd1717cedf8b41e2ab95579670c.pdf
We’ll also be reaching out over email to address the issue you’re having with wheels not lining up.
Honestly the dishwasher works well, but the quality of it isn’t great. The baskets/drawers are too wobbly; they get stuck easily. Next time I will get a better quality machine.

We're glad to hear your dishwasher is operating well. We recommend reviewing the information in the following article on our GE Appliances website, to improve your experience with your dishwasher racks: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=38988
It cleans the dishes well. However it doesn't hold a lot. The bottom rack doesn't stay in place when you pull it out. When you open the door it sounds hollow. Very cheaply made.

Don't dry all dishes, put rinse aid in it compartment and dishwasher pack that came with dishwasher (samples)

We are happy to provide guidance with this dishwasher's drying. You will need to ensure that the water entering the dishwasher is between 120 and 140 degrees Fahrenheit for best wash and dry performance. Run the faucet closest to the dishwasher prior to starting the dishwasher to purge cold water from the hot water line. We have also provided some additional troubleshooting tips for poor drying in your dishwasher here: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=17451
If the tips provided above do not help, service is advised. You can schedule an appointment with a Bodewell technician by calling 833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) or schedule online at https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the dishwasher. It is quiet and it does a great job. The installation went great and I couldn’t be happier with the GE product. GE to me means quality appliances that you will have for years to come.
