Does NOT dry the dishes at all!! The lower rack keeps coming off its tracks. Very noisy. Has NO wash cycles except normal, heavy and 1 hour. The worst dishwasher I've ever used and I suspect it is not water efficient either!!

Leaves dishes wet but gets the clean. Not overly noisy.

Hello there,
Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your new dishwasher. We're sorry to hear that your dishes are not dry at the end of the wash cycle, and we want to help!
For optimal drying results, we recommend using a rinse agent, selecting Heated dry or Dry Boost. We recommend referring to the link below for troubleshooting steps: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=17451.
Don't hesitate to reach back out to us if the suggestions above do not improve your dishwasher's drying results. We appreciate you continuously choosing GE Appliances for your home, and we're grateful to have you as part of our family. -Charlie@GEA
Someone wrote "cheap pile of junk"...I am going to repeat the same. The dishwasher is poor in built and overall performance. It does not dry the dishes and the condensation can be seen on the inside walls. This model does not have "dry boost" which is available in other models. It is a BIG problem. In addition, the racks are shallow and very poorly designed. It is 2023 and one can very well see the "inflation" has a direct impact on product quality.

Oh no!
We're so very sorry to hear that you're not having the best experience with your new dishwasher. This is certainly not the experience we desire for you and we want to help out!
Water remaining at the bottom of the unit is normal. However, of the dishes aren't drying correctly, there are a few things you can check. Please refer to the link here: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=17451.
Dishwashers are tested at the factory before they are shipped. If your new dishwasher has some water inside the tub or if there is water dripping from the drain hose, causing condensation, this is normal.
If the suggestions above don't seem to resolve the issue, please take full advantage of your warranty and schedule a service appointment. You can schedule an appointment with a GE Appliances technician by calling 1-800-432-2737 or schedule online at https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm
Thank you so much for taking the time to share. Best regards. - Tierra@GEA
Doesn’t dry dishes and cheaply made. Drawer rack fly’s right off the rails when pulling it towards you.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The dishes are still wet when the cycle is complete, even when rinse aid is added.

Nice and quiet! Cleans dishes well! Intentionally left some stuck on food on plates and silverware to rest the effectiveness and it did not disappoint at all! 5 stars!
Worst dishwasher ever. Cheap in every way. Plastic shell, plastic door, plastic hardware. Switch broke after one use. Trays bind. Soap dispenser doesn’t work.
