This mat has definitely helped with my son’s sleeping! We turn it on as soon as we put him down in his crib for the night (he isn’t taking naps in it yet) and after night time nursing sessions and it helps him fall asleep much faster! He doesn’t fidget at all when the mat is turned on. I wouldn’t say it’s made him sleep through the night or anything since he still needs to breastfeed at least twice but it DEFINITELY has helped him fall asleep quicker and even on his own. If we leave the mat on he eventually falls asleep on his own in 5-10 min (when he’s alreasy drowsy). Next step will be naps in the crib using the mat!

My daughter has a brand new baby girl. She has had some sleep issues with the baby from lack of sleep, duh..... After trying all the tricks to help the baby, she remembered I had bought her the Tranquilio Mat as a just in case gift! She got it out and it worked beautifully!! She loves it!! Thank you so much!!

I absolutely love this mat! It has made transitioning my babe so much easier and more reliable. It soothes her perfectly and her naps have gotten much longer. I’ve recommended it to all my new mom friends and I just ordered the small to have for traveling.

Probably my fault but not very well described. Small is more like a lap mat not a mat for small babies. This was a gift and the babies were just born. If they love it and afford the parents some sleep then they were a good investment. Only time will tell.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love it!
The Tranquilo Mat (small) has been a life and sanity saver! Our super colicky 5 week old would only sleep if held and would refuse to be put down until the Tranquilo became a part of our lives! We slip it underneath his Snuggle Me Organic co-sleeper and he stays asleep! The only reason for the four stars is that the possibility of a rechargeable battery would be great. Or maybe a plug in and/or battery pack option. We take this thing on the go constantly and the fear of our batteries dying is real!!

It Does What We Hoped For!
It definitely does what it is intended to do! Baby responds to the rhythmic vibrations some work better than others. But it does create a way to silence the screaming meemies! Would I recommend yes! Probably better for 0-4 months Than older babies. Would I buy again yes! As Grandparent I won't accept the bundle of joy for an overnight visit Without the Tranquilo

I bought this mat because I didn’t want to buy a rock and play or any other device that “rocks” baby to sleep at night. My baby is 6 weeks old now and he sleeps in a pack and play next to our bed. I’m against the rocking devices for bedtime because it’ll make it that much more difficult to transition him to a crib. So, I found this mat. One night he was very fussy due to gas, and I laid him on the vibrating mat and he stopped fussing and was very content. I couldn’t believe it. Now, I just turn it on after his 1am feeding to help him get a better stretch of sleep. I love the low heartbeat mode setting. It is kind of loud, but I’m sure it helps me sleep better, too! It could definitely take place of a white noise machine. I highly recommend this item. The only downfall is it takes 4 AA batteries.
