It doesn't soothe my baby and you do not accept returns. I think you are the only company left in America that does not accept returns.

We bought our mat back in December and it already does not work. It vibrates for two secs and instantly shuts off even with new batteries. My child didn’t even sleep well with it either and we found ourselves spending way too much money for this product. I don’t think this product is for a fussy kid, I think it’s for a kid who doesn’t have any sleeping issues.

Doesn’t work, I would put my one month old on top of the mat and she would continue to cry and cry. I would leave her there for about 1-5 minutes and she would continue to cry even after being diaper changer, fed, burped all of the above, and my baby isn’t a colicky baby.

I have twin daughters I was really looking forward to using this product after seeing it on shark tank , unfortunately this product was not a favorite for either of my daughters.

Each time we tried it ....it upset the baby more ....no matter what speed we used!
I hate that this is the case because that is alot of money down the drain I've wasted on this .....I was so hoping it would work!!!!

The shipping took forever! I paid for 3 day shipping because we were desperate to get some sleep and it took 10! After reading the reviews I was so excited to try this product. My son would only sleep on my or my husband’s chest and we were really not comfortable co-sleeping because of obvious dangers. We had tried everything possible to Tyra and get him to sleep in his bassinet but he would just cry non stop. With the Tranquilo Mat he now sleeps part of the night in the bassinet and we are working towards all night. The downside to this product is how much noise it makes. It’s very loud on any setting other than low and it also starts so suddenly it can actually scare the baby (we tried placing him on the mat with it off and with it already on). It has taken several days for him to get used to the mat. I really like the idea of the product and it does work ok, but it is not a miracle product as shown in the videos.
