I was so excited to get this product because our baby loves his vibrating bouncer. I thought for sure this would help him sleep in his crib and bassinet. When the mat came, it was clear it was completely defective. The buttons on the mat did NOTHING. I couldn’t even turn it off without taking the batteries out. Also, it’s NOT easy to connect the app to the mat but maybe that’s because I received a defective product. I’m 26 years old and not an idiot when it comes to technology, but the app set up is not user friendly and there’s no videos or forums online that tell you how to connect the app to the mat. The instructions don’t even tell you. The instructions themself are a JOKE. This whole product and system is trash!

I was excited to get this mat. IT is not well made. It does not come with batteries. You need a tiny screw driver to put in the batteries. I did not have one. Why not install them in the factory? Overall, not happy with the product and will return it.

Although it's not the magic bullet that some of the reviews we read said it was, this is a neat little mat that has some nice vibration features and is pretty comfortable for the kid.
The good? It's a good size that fits in many different cribs/bassinets/sleepy-things. The vibration is definitely strong enough to distract/sooth the baby... sometimes. Folds up small.
The bad? Why would you have the power button require a 5-second press to turn on and turn off? That's a long 5 seconds when you have a crying baby in your arms. Doesn't seem to do anything at all to our kid when she's really annoyed. But that might be wishing for too many miracles. It's just a vibrating mat after-all.

Little one hates the tranquilo mat. :( I didn't knowing it just vibrated. That seems to be one of the things he doesn't really like. Was really looking for something to help sleep! I am sad it doesn't work.

Best On the Go Product!

This is such an amazing product for on the go parents, I love using the Small Tranquilo Mat with my 4 month old baby. Sometimes she gets fussy from being in her car seat or stroller, so I just put the mat over her and she immediately calms down and falls asleep. I also like using it when I’m carrying her in a wrap carrier, I put it between her and the wrap and she falls asleep. I really like that it’s small and portable, so I just put it in my diaper bag and carry it with me were ever I go. It’s such a game changer!
