Necessity!
We absolutely LOVE our Tranquilo Mat! Our newborn boy unfortunately has GERD and falling asleep and relaxing was very difficult for him. He spent most of the day crying in discomfort. Now our baby boy seems happier and relaxed on his mat. The first night with our mat resulted in a great nights sleep for not only baby, but mommy as well. The Tranquilo Mat is not only baby approved, but Mommy approved as well.
I look forward to purchasing a second mat to use within my photography studio as well. It is an absolute dream come true, and I look forward to sharing this wonderful invention with those around me! I highly recommend it to everyone!

I thought it would be better. I have To change the batteries everyday and sometimes the app doesn’t work. It’s a great concept but not worth the money. Wish I could Return it but you can’t return anything on Baby Brezhnev back. I wouldn't recommend this.

Didn’t work right out of the box

I literally just received this today and it doesn’t work. Put batteries in it and hit the buttons and nothing happens. Super disappointed.

Bought this for my newborn daughter, but will be investing in a second mat due to my oldest claiming it as his own. 20 months old and looks forward to naptime due to the mat! Couldn’t be more happy with my purchase!

We love the mat. It totally soothes our now 1 month old baby. He's been super gassy since we brought him home as from hospital and this has been a life savor. First day I got it we were able to transition him staright to crib and he sleeps all night for 5-7 hours. Also soothes him for naps and anytime he's fussy. I Wouldly recommend this product to any new parents or would certainly make a great gift. I am a little upset that it doesn't come with a carrying bag such as it shows on the box. It deffenitly should for the price and advertising on the box it came in and also due to all description s stating it's great for travel!!! That's the only downfall that I have found.

Not a magic bullet, but seems to help!

Like every new parent I am tired. Very tired. Extremely tired. My 10 week old son was only sleeping for 2-3 hour stretches at night and it was killing me. I bought this one night as I deliriously scoured the internet for something to help. I liked that it is a sleep aid that seems to follow the APAs safe sleep guidelines in that it doesn’t have bumpers or something to suffocate him with (DockATot, TotPods, Rock and Plays, and the like) and would keep him sleeping in his bassinet. I’ve been using it for about 3 weeks now and, together with other sleep training techniques, my son is sleeping longer and longer stretches. It seems to help him fall back to sleep easier when he wakes in the night. It also seems to keep him sleeping longer for naps. My husband can’t stand the heartbeat mode for the noise but honestly if it helps our baby sleep we’d listen to just about anything (although the noise doesn’t bother me). My only critique is that I wish it was just a little bit wider as my son likes to roll around, but otherwise it’s a nice product, good quality, and most importantly is a safe way to help babies sleep. I also love that it’s portable so when we switch from the bassinet to the crib the transition will *hopefully* be a lot smoother.
