Great cooktop, horrible ovens

I love the cooktop, looks great, nice variety of burners. The griddle hasn’t turned out to be very useful, as it’s hard to clean.
The ovens take a very long time to preheat, and they aren’t really at temp for several minutes after the signal. The oven has uneven temperatures from the front to the back. Our last range had an 18” small oven, this one has a 15”, which doesn’t really allow for a quarter sheet pan. Although it fits, there isn’t enough air circulation. The ovens seem to run cold. I have both adjusted +15 degrees. You’d think at this price point it should be accurate within a tenth of a degree.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello- Thanks so much for your purchase. This is an absolutely beautiful range and we want you to be happy with every aspect of it. To thoroughly clean the griddle of grease and food particles, using a square-edged metal spatula, while it is still hot. Wipe the griddle with a dry, heavy, coarse cloth to remove any remaining residue and food particles. If the griddle is cleaned with anything other than a dry, heavy, coarse cloth, it will need to be re-seasoned. Be sure to not ever pour cold water on a hot griddle. Note: It is normal for the stainless griddle to discolor to a yellow-brown color after use.

So much fun

We love our oven. We can cook side by side, the wok burner is an awesome touch, and it is like a piece of jewelry in our kitchen. The small oven is great for quick preheat and small meals. Didn’t think I would use the griddle, but it makes fantastic pancakes with the temp control, and the tortilla warmer on taco night. Can’t say enough about it.

Overall I'd rate it Good. It's a beautiful unit, plenty of power, but it doesn't have the fine tuning capabilities for the gas adjustments. For example, if you have it wide open, going from 9, 8, 7, 6 has very little adjustment to the flame.

Don’t even bother going with another brand. You cannot beat this! The Wi-Fi capability enough says it all for the younger generation. I love to cook with my wife and this has everything you can imagine. Please don’t consider anything else!

We bought this range for our kitchen renovation and absolutely love it! The griddle is a great extra feature as well. Would be nice if the range had a control lock as we have little ones, but otherwise I would highly recommend this range.

A great addition to a modern kitchen

Only had the range for about two months in our new home, but have really enjoyed cooking on the range. Haven't hooked up the WiFi yet, so that will probably make it better. Burners run a bit hot, but that may be due to the fact we're running it on propane, as opposed to natural gas. Fit and finish is excellent. The griddle takes some getting used to, but is very enjoyable to work on. Be aware that it will stick out a bit from cabinets that are normal depth.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Absolutely love

I can’t say enough about this stove. I love everything about it. Not only does it cook fantastic, it looks gorgeous while doing it! The burners are situated so that I can have pots next to each other and they are not crowded.
