Great cooktop, horrible ovens

I love the cooktop, looks great, nice variety of burners. The griddle hasn’t turned out to be very useful, as it’s hard to clean.
The ovens take a very long time to preheat, and they aren’t really at temp for several minutes after the signal. The oven has uneven temperatures from the front to the back. Our last range had an 18” small oven, this one has a 15”, which doesn’t really allow for a quarter sheet pan. Although it fits, there isn’t enough air circulation. The ovens seem to run cold. I have both adjusted +15 degrees. You’d think at this price point it should be accurate within a tenth of a degree.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello- Thanks so much for your purchase. This is an absolutely beautiful range and we want you to be happy with every aspect of it. To thoroughly clean the griddle of grease and food particles, using a square-edged metal spatula, while it is still hot. Wipe the griddle with a dry, heavy, coarse cloth to remove any remaining residue and food particles. If the griddle is cleaned with anything other than a dry, heavy, coarse cloth, it will need to be re-seasoned. Be sure to not ever pour cold water on a hot griddle. Note: It is normal for the stainless griddle to discolor to a yellow-brown color after use.

I love the features!

I use the remote oven on feature so it will be heated when I get home from work, baseball wherever. It cooks evenly and at the correct temperature. No need for adjustments on recipes like my former ovens.

Beautiful and highly functional

I have the Cafe six burner dual fuel range. I opted for stainless steel with brushed copper handles and knobs. It only is the range a beautiful centerpiece in my kitchen, it is a breeze to use for daily cooking, roasting and baking. I especially love the smaller oven which is my preference for every day meals. My only complaint about the range is the length of time that the fan runs after I turn the oven off. It puts out a lot of white noise which I guess I’m getting used to but I do feel quite a bit of relief when it finally shuts off. I have yet to use the griddle- I think I’ll be more inclined to use it once I purchase a cover for it to camouflage it when not in use. For the cost of this range, it would have been nice to include the griddle cover rather than having to purchase it as an after market accessory. Overall I do love the range and am delighted to have it as the focal point of my kitchen.

Could use refinement

Nice oven but will not work correctly without being connected to Wi-Fi. Griddle should be in the middle instead of ion one side to splatter in countertop.

The only thing I don’t like is that the ovens are electric. When we bought the gas stove, we were not aware that the ovens were electric. We were building a house and the electrician had to come back and run a 220 line.

Purchased the range in black. It is BEAUTIFUL. Love the cooktop, especially the griddle. Love the features of the oven- being able to preheat from an app on my phone is life changing!
Moving the racks of the oven is easy, I’ve not found that with other ovens I have had.
