Fan is too noisy and air fryer only in an app?!?

This is my second Cafe range. I had the same issue and should have stayed away because the noise from the fan when it cools is so loud it’s insane. We purchased this for two reasons - the looks and the idea of having an air fryer and getting rid of my counter top air fryer. While the range looks beautiful, it’s not great. I wish the salesperson told me the air frying was only to be used on an app on your phone. So my kids have to use an app to make chicken nuggets? We tried it once and it took double the time than my counter top air fryer so definitely not worth it if you think this would be a great feature. After taking 15+ mins to get nuggets to temperature it cooled for 30 minutes until I went and opened the oven door to make it finally cool and stop the noise! I wish I could exchange this range for something else because there a number of ranges in similar price tags.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful range, nice features

so happy with this range! my first 36 in range and 1st gas. Love the customized hardware options, we chose copper. The oven probe is a huge perk if you've never had one! Makes roasting so much easier. Cooking has been fun. The burner designed for wok cooking is so fast and efficient. Dinner in a breeze!

Really great actually. We chose the cafe line because of its clean commercial aesthetic only and thought it may end up just being mediocre at best but after connecting my smart phone to it, I unlocked so many features I was previously unaware of and its made owning the range/oven such a delight to use.

Product has only been in a few days but I'm already disappointed with the quality of the stainless steel. Also, I need to verify oven temp. We'll see if it was worth what we paid.

Last Stove I’ll ever buy

Best looking stove ever . In addition it provided everything I can ask for in a stove .. good surface heating and on top of that it’s easy to clean
