Love the size

Love the size of this oven but hate the cleaning feature. I thought it would steam a lot better but the directions to you to put water in the bottom of the oven and it is supposed to steam clean it, but it really doesn’t clean at all. Disappointing.

The steam clean function is designed to help loosen and soften the grime in the oven. Once the cycle is complete, it is still required to wipe out the moisture and food soils with a soft cloth. Looks nice, but poor workmanship!

We've had the oven for about 2 years. Today, the handle came detached from the oven door on the right side. I will attempt to attach a picture below. Also, we've had an ongoing problem of a burner clicking and continually trying to light when we turn on only one burner (that is lit and in use). The clicking continues even once the burner is lit. It didn't do it for the repair guy with Bodewell while he was here, so still no fix. The issue has continued. We paid for the repair with no fix. Of course, the oven warranty has already expired. I'm very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great appliance!

I love almost everything about this appliance. It is easy to clean; it heats food evenly; the temperature seems to be true to the cook time I expect. The only part I don't like, that I can only use the air fry setting by using the app on my phone - maybe because I'm getting old? I just want a knob for it! It does look great in my kitchen - very stylish (and functional).

We absolutely love our new range. We have not even had time to use all of the features yet, but what we have used, we thoroughly enjoy. At this point, we would highly recommend GE Cafe appliances to anyone.

Burner igniter malfunctioned in the first week, and the repair broke the entire range.

Dual fuel cafe oven

The burners heats up evenly and oven cooks evenly as well. Nice oven to use and spacious.

Save your money buy a different brand

Within the first year, the left front burner stopped working. The repair man suggested I buy an extended warranty through GE. A huge mistake. GE uses Bodewell Cares! Bodewell doesn’t care, not even remotely.
I’ve had continuing problems with the burners not igniting or throwing out huge flames. Bodewell contracts with a third-party who gives you an eight hour. I got text saying I could call or go online to get updates neither of which was true. The third-party doesn’t have human beings, only AI, which tells me it can’t give me an update. I have been waiting for 7 1/2 hours. I can’t get an update and I don’t know if these people are showing up. Bodewell is useless. They won’t help you.
Don’t waste your money on this range because it has continuing issues and you cannot get service.
