KNOBS KEEP BREAKING

The burner knobs KEEP BREAKING!!! its driving me bananas. The cheap plastic piece keeps breaking

This is our second one. We sold our home and the buyers insisted on us leaving the range behind, so we have purchased another one. Works perfectly, cooks like a dream! Love the dual fuel, best of both worlds! On top of that it’s gorgeous!

We are amazed at how much better this range/stove is than any other we’ve owned. It cooks beautifully and evenly. I had to use the broiler recently and was amazed at how quickly and evenly it charred my peppers.

Love the dual fuel!

I really could not be happier! I ordered the 36” dual fuel range and it is sooo nice. I had an electric stove before and spent the extra money during our kitchen renovation to have a gas line run ($$$) and purchase the dual fuel range/oven. We have only been using this stove for a few weeks and it is amazing so far. I never thought I would use the connectivity to WiFi and we haven’t linked it to Alexa yet but just having my watch tell me that the oven timer is going off when I’m downstairs doing laundry was something I didn’t expect to use and it’s been great! We bought different color hardware than came with the range and installed it ourselves, it was super easy to install and really feels custom. So far, I couldn’t be happier!

Continued Problems

We have had this range for a few years and have had the upper element break with a repair completed under warranty and now out of warranty the lower element isn't getting hot. One of the knobs broke in the first 6 months of owning, so we have had to just borrow a different know to use that burner - the plastic piece inside the know broke and we haven't been able to find the replacement piece.
