Love the look and the cook

Of course Cafe makes a very attractive appliance. This range also bakes and cooks really nicely. The variety of burners is nice along with the low to high dual rings. The oven control is pretty simple. The lights inside the oven could be brighter.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I’ve only cooked on it twice so far, but it has been great each time. I do wish that they wouldn’t have changed the style from the original cafe model with more stainless on top.

We Love our new 36” range!! The surfaces are pristine and it works amazing with our propane, we love the dual fuel too!

Love my new Cafe range! Not only is it beefy and looks great but so far it works wonderfully!!
The initial turning on has a nice notification beep of it being on and when it’s preheated.
The inspiral burner is fast!
Love it

Like it but...

Not sure I'm loving all the different burner outputs and different designs. My oven does not seem to get up to the set temperature so I have to bake at 50-75 degrees hotter. I'm in the process of trying to see if it's a calibration issue or that's just how it is.

Please know we have an Oven Thermostat Adjustment feature. This feature allows the oven baking temperature to be adjusted 35 degrees hotter or down to 35 degrees cooler. This adjustment affects every cooking mode except broil. What a stud!

I wanted a commercial style kitchen at a great price point for my appliances, since we were furnishing our entire home with GE appliances. I have always had very high-end appliances, and when I saw the GE café line, it truly gave me goosebumps. This line is absolutely stunning. Thank you GE for always creating amazing products.

Sadly disappointing.

I am sadly disappointed by this range. The range came from the factory calibrated 25° off temperature. Fiddling with trying to adjust temperature just doesn't work. Cannot bake a satisfactory cake or bread even with adjusting to compensate. Only sets temperature in 25° increments. I miss my truly professional range as this is not professional in any way.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
