Loud

Burners are great. Features are great. Solidly built and great looks. But the blower that kicks in when the oven being used is LOUD. Intrusively loud. ‘Is someone drying their hair with a hair dryer’ loud. This fan kicks in when temps inside the oven go above roughly 185f, and will continue running at full pelt until it is cool again.
I have been told this is normal.
For the price, the oven really should use a larger and lower rpm blower for this task. It’s kind of absurd. Really brings down the overall impression of quality.

A cooling fan or a convection fan (depending on the function you are using) may turn on. This is normal. The cooling fan will turn on to cool internal parts. It may run after the oven is turned off. The convection fan may cycle on and off until the function is over or the door is opened.

Its Ok.

The unit cooks just fine but there are several areas that are really quite sub par from a design standpoint. The display is small, hard to read and placed under the stainless steel lip of the range top. The range knobs are under the same lip and very hard to read when setting your range flame. There is no clock. The fan for the oven comes on and stays on for a very long time after the stove has been turned off. And, that fan is quite loud. These are things that would prevent me from buying it again unless it was redesigned.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features and design

For someone pushing 80 and 56 years of marriage, I have had the opportunity to own and use high end appliances over a long period of time. This is my first time choosing and using the entire suite of Cafe Appliances from the stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. What I especially like about the oven is the even accurate baking temperatures throughout. The food comes out of the oven perfectly baked. There are many great features: the stove top gas burners offer different options for cooking. The product is state of the art design for today's cook. Ease of maintenance is appreciated. I am very satisfied with my Cafe Appliances and am not disappointed in my choice when I could have picked another manufacturer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It is a highly recommended range and has a built-in airfry. Everything works perfectly and it looks great. I wish I could turn on the airfry without using my smartphone.

One annoying problem

The spiral burner element creates a very loud whistling noise when any pot is placed on it. It is worst when on high, then after a few minuets eventually quietens down. Its always done this since the first day it was installed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
