[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I could never get the vacuum to connect to the WiFi so I couldn’t use the app which I think would have been nice. It does pick up the bigger particles but didn’t find it really helpful for the smaller particles. I still had to go behind it and sweep on my hardwood floors. It did do a pretty good job on my area rugs which I was happy with. It’s really easy to setup if you aren’t trying to use the app and you just want to use the remote or just press the button when you are ready to run it. It’s really small so it could fit under my couch which is great because who really sweeps or vacuums under there regularly. I know I don’t. Over all if you are looking for something simple that you can just press a button on then this might be what you are looking for. If you are looking for something high tech and an to use the app I wouldn’t recommend.

Like having your own maid!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting a robot vac for a long time, but they are usually very expensive. I love the idea of having the vac just run while you go about your day.
This little vacuum does a great job of cleaning both hard floors and the carpet! It is especially good for edge cleaning. I love how you can just send it home and it goes right back to the charger by itself.

I love this Robovac!

The items that come along with it are: a charging dock, adaptor, remote control control with batteries, brushes, sponge filter & dust bin. It’s easy to use. First I plugged the adaptor into the charging dock and let the Robovac charge. There’s an on/off power switch on the bottom of the Robovac to turn it on & off. I like that I was able to download an app and connect the Robovac to my WiFi. My favorite thing is the remote that I can use to control the vacuum, whether it’s auto, the cleaning direction I want it to go, start/stop, spot or edge cleaning, suction power, WiFi pairing, or return to dock. The suction is great, the Robovac picks up everything on the floor and leaves the carpet looking clean. If it bumps into something, it just turns in a different direction. I love that when I hold the remote & press return to charging dock, it returns right back to it & charges. It’s very neat. I’m very happy with this Robovac, I love it!

Quiet, Convenient and Efficient!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family has enjoyed using the Tzumi Ion Robovac. It worked well on both hard wood floors as well as carpet. It took a little time to customize the control function, however we have been pleased now that we are acclimated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been debating on getting one of these for a while but was curious if it "really" worked, well it REALLY works and we have pets that shed terribly. I honestly did not think it would hold up to the daily cleaning that our floors would require but to my surprise it certainly does. I am just blown away at how well it works. I will definitely recommend this machine to my family and friends.

Worth every penny must buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really great vacuum. Extremely easy to assemble and use. Works just as you expect it to. My only issue is that you need 2G to run the app and my house runs on 5G so that made it a little difficult. Other than that worth every penny.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is amazing! It has cleaned my entire main floor very well I am impressed! I was surprised how much I dumped after the first collection. I love how when the battery is about to die it docks itself to recharge. It’s not loud at all but it’s not super quiet.
