So far I’m loving this robo vac, or as I call him, The Grim Sweeper. My husband and I are currently living in just a small 2 br apartment to save up to buy our home, and this little guy does a great job of keeping our hardwoods clean! I saw some reviews saying the app didn’t work, but that didn’t bother me much. Luckily though, my app works perfect! I have a pup and a husband who works outdoors in fields all day and this get just about everything. I’d say the only “downside” is the small compartment but that’s what I expected anyways cause it is a robovac. Definitely would recommend!

I got the Tzumi SmartClean Robo Vac and I'm really enjoying it. It cleans the room going back and forth until it gets thru the whole thing as opposed to zigzagging around the room like other robot vacuums. I have a busy household with lots of traffic which means a lot of dirt. Tzumi Robo Vac does a great job picking up all the dirt so it must have great suction. I also like that the noise level is lower than other robot vacuums that I've had. It comes with a remote which is a great added piece. It is slim enough to clean under furniture like couches and beds. A great cleaning product to own!

I bought this a few days ago and was shocked about how great it was. It works on every surface, including wood floors, tiles, and carpets. It's a great product for a good price. So far I am a happy buyer.

Worked great the first year. Kept getting a wheel stuck error. Reached out to support and they were no help. Didn’t purchase the extended warranty so essentially was told I’m out of luck.

The app that goes with this product is garbage. It does not link in any way. Seems to not connect or do anything smart.

So far the vacuum doesn't seem too bad, but it seems to only pick up cat hair and carpet fuzz and leaves other small debris behind. The app is the biggest disappointment though. It crashes every time I try to add my device. I tried for hours to get it working and even tried reinstalling the app. After some research I found this to be a very common complaint.

The app keeps crashing and apparently has been an issue since October 2023 according to the reviews. Already frustrated with the product and it hasn't even left the base!
