Works great, super fast and efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This smart robovac works great. It's sensors help it to not bump into things all the time, and also ensure it doesn't get stuck in the typical places robovacs tend to get trapped. It comes with cleaning brushes, which most other brands don't include, and it has a HEPA filter which is key for a better and more thorough cleaning. The remote is handy, but it's also convenient that I can pair this robovac with my Amazon Alexa. It transitions with no trouble from my carpets to my hardwood floors and vice versa. This Tzumi Ion Robovac is definitely smarter and more efficient than other brands I've owned. The only small downside to this robovac is that is a not super quiet, it does make a sound like air being pushed out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved it right out of the gate! Very easy to assemble. Thankful that they included batteries for the remote. Charges quickly! On a separate note, I could not figure out how to use the app in conjunction with the vacuum.

It has several different patterns you can choose from in order to get the whole area done. It goes under my bed easily which is something my regular vacuum doesn't do. I'm definitely enjoying using this product!

I'm impressed with how good it moves around and returns back to the charging station. I would absolutely recommend this robovac to family and friends. I love how easy it is to empty and schedule when to clean.

An Awesome Vac

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to to try out the Tzumi Ion Robovac. The Robovac is very easy to use, gives step by step to get started. You have two different ways to use, with the remote it comes with and the app you download. The app will tell you the life left on brushes, battery, and how to clean. I love it gives a few different ways to clean; random, spiral (spot clean), and edges. It works great, picks up a bunch of hair and eveything on the floor. Its a very smart vaccum going to charging port when finished cleaning. Works on the carpet and tile whith no problem in between. I would have to say this is the best vaccum I have ever used,I really like that its hands free, giving me more time to do other things. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the Tzumi Ion Robovac I have received and I would recommend to others looking for a vaccum.

A Win Overall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this vac. It is powerful, and comes apart easily. My last robot vac clogged with pet hair; this one can be taken apart to clean the rollers so I don't have to worry. Compartment holds quite a bit. It gets around the edges better than any other I have tried. I especially love the spot clean. It was difficult to hook up to my wifi however, and sometimes the app acts strangely.

Good for surface dirt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For starters, I never could get it to connect to the app. I tried my phone and my tablet. It never would connect no matter what I did.
I have a granddaughter that comes over and plays so I was able to give this a good test. As long as it was just surface dirt, it will pick it up. Anything that needs more suction, this won't do the job. It's great for someone that just needs a touch up cleaning but not for someone that needs a good cleaning like I do. I will say, it is easy to use. Just turn it on and let it go. The remote is easy to use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
