The little vacuum that... couldn't

You get what you pay for is so cliché yet it's absolutely true. I purchased the Smart Clean 2000 in mid September of 2024. It worked well for the first couple months. In mid March 2025 I started noticing it wouldn't return to the dock. I followed the troubleshooting steps, made sure the sensors were clean, cleaned the roller, filter, etc... Now May of 2025 it doesn't hold a charge well at all. It still cant find the dock like EVER and it won't leave my kitchen. I have an open floor plan for my living room, dining room and kitchen and it just bumps around the kitchen until I pick it up and place it where it needs to go next. I can say the app works well. The vacuum does respond to the app every time but what good is that if it won't leave my kitchen and can't find the dock? The suction is ok. It could be a bit stronger. I have all wood floors and no carpeting in my home and it does a good job with pet hair and litter. That said I still would not recommend this vac to anyone. It didn't even last a full 6 months before the problems started.
