Haven’t had a problem with it so far. Product can get tangled up and chords. Make sure the area is shag carpet free; it will alarm you to say vacuum is stuck. So I did not break the product. I just don’t recommend carpet that shaggy other than that on hardwood floors It’s a beast it never backs down. The front pivotable rollerball needs to be cleaned about once every seven uses. And dustbin fills up fast so this thing definitely powerful & doing its job. Multiple users can’t be authorized for this vacuum so me and the wife always have to share back-and-forth. I wish it had a way to allow multiple users on multiple phones to control a vacuum. The manual function of it is great. It’s pretty fun overall I’d recommend this product. We’re gonna buy another one and replacement parts for the roller and filter. The kit comes with partial replacement parts, no extra roller though worth every penny.
I would recommend this to a friend!
