This is my second one I have a two level home…….. they pick up dog hair I have 3 dogs German shepherd and two chihuahuas

Can’t figure out how to use it so I would say it’s not very user-friendly. I am trying this in hopes that it will allow me to use it because every time I click start on the remote it doesn’t work.
