Haven’t gotten to use the product yet but to sign up for warranty you have to leave a review. That’s alittle disheartening but, I’m expecting the vacuum to work similar to my last ionvac which was extremely reliable for 2 years until it died.

Just opened the box. Trying to set up and get the formalities out of the way. Shocked to see the red astrix as a requirement in the warranty page.
Seems kinda douchy to me. As for the actual product...it's clean and shiny. Not going to update my review, ever, unless monetary - ily compensated.
