We've been using our robovac 2000 for several months now. It does a great job of light vacuuming of obvious things that make it to the floor. It generally completes its cleaning cycle and makes its way back to its charger. However, it can get stuck on things (loose carpet, very slick surfaces, odd edges) and can get jammed by things (string and dry sheets). Just do a quick visual inspection of the area to be vacuumed to address any problem items and you'll be good to go.

Absolutely love my ion SmartClean robovac 2000. It sweeps my hardwood floors, as well as ceramic floors. Does an excellent job on carpet area rugs.
