This robot vacuum is awesome. I have 2 cats and live in a tiny space. I ran this vaccum for 15 minutes and it picked up a handful of cat hair.

Best clearance purchase ever

Husband seen this on clearance. Took a quick picture to see the reviews and was thrown back by them. It's on clearance, with great reviews, it was going in the cart. Super quick and easy setup. I don't know what everyone's issue is with the app. Just make sure you download Google home and it finds the device instantly. Its home is under our entertainment stand and it's so slim it goes right under our sofa to clean also. Let it fully charge first. At first your stuck watching it like a bad car wreck, watching it zig zag with randomness thinking this thing is not going to do a dam thing. You catch yourself following it everywhere it goes to see for yourself. I noticed that it does take awhile, it's in a long narrow space like between a bed and wall, to make it back out. It goes over our carpets no problem, but not our big entrance utility mat which is understandable because it's a much higher rubber mat. I do recommend running it during the day first to hear all the sounds it can make in your home if you plan to run it at night. The first time it ran, I had it set to 930pm and running out of the shower wet thinking someone's robbing your house was not fun lol. Docking can and will take some time if it's at the other end of the house. It will edge itself back the entire way, as much as you want to help it, i suggest dont. I did once and it basically sent itself all the way back down my hallway away from the dock to retry again. It took about 6 minutes to get itself docked after being kinda trapped in a bedroom. So the best part was when it was time for us to dump out the dirt. We vacuum every other day to help with the amount tracked into our house, so we were ready to see if this was a waste of cash or what. I love the easy grab compartment, not to mention the super easy way to clean and rinse it. Once we opened it up to dump, we were completely shocked! It was full, even with pea gravel from our pathway. It picked up everything and the amount of dust that was in there against the filter was shocking for such a small thing! We both agreed that this is going to help out so much. The husband went back the next day to grab one more for the downstairs. Best clearance purchase ever.

Nice little machine for the price. It does the basics, but tends to get stuck under furniture and has some trouble with transitions between carpets and hardwood. It does keep the cat hair and crumbs under control, but it doesn’t eliminate the need to do a regular vacuuming.
