Can't connect to my wifi and it is not a simple task to accomplish to change from 5 g to 2.4 gh and it makes no sense to have to alter your home I ternet just ti use this device

I’ve been using ever since I got it as a gift for Christmas and I absolutely love it keeps my room looking amazing and clean never thought I’d like it so much but I do!!
