Waste of money

Junk. 3 months and it failed. Gives side brush stuck error. Nothing is stuck. Simply turns on, moves two feet, stops, gives solid red light and beeps twice. Side brushes don't turn. No reason can be found.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the ion stick vac. Doesn’t hold a charge. Thy using it and it keeps shutting off. Don’t know how to reach the company.

I received it as a gift at first it started off rocky but the more and more it cleaned the better it got! I only have to correct my living room rug with my big vacuum as it doesnt do the best job on it but it does an amazing job in general for the rest of my house! I love this product and started off not really enjoying it but i definitely recommend this vacuum!!! You just need to let it run a few times before it gets going for sure :)
