The app is useless, crashes before you can even attempt to add the device and nothing works to fix it. Without the app the remote is the only way to use the thing. No wifi, no Alexa or Google without the app either. Doesn't suck up much on rugs or hard floor and pressing the return to home button seemed to confuse the poor thing and it chose the longest, most confusing, indirect way it could come up with to get there so I'm anxious to see if it ends up stuck in the middle of the floor eventually when it's battery is low.
