I am extremely satisfied and happy with this vaccum! It has so many cleaning options and the best is that I can control it with my phone. It's way quiter than the others. Cleans well with pet hairs.

I’ve been wanting one of these for forever! Arrived quickly and setup was a breeze. It is quiet and the suction is great! I had no problems with it going from hardwood to rug to carpet. I highly recommend!

Wonderful for those who struggle with upright vacs

I purchased this vacuum as a gift to my parents who are in their 70s and have arthritis, bad backs, and joint pain. Floor buildup happens pretty quickly since they live in the desert and have a dog and this helps to keep the floors clean in between professional cleaning visits. The vacuum is relatively quiet and easy to use. If you are technologically challenged (as they are) it comes with a simple and straight forward remote so that using the app is not necessary to start the device or chose modes. The vacuum is the perfect height to move under furniture and does not get stuck transitioning from carpet to wood or tile and is able to push itself over seams without getting stuck. So far this has been such a game changer in my parents home as it has made cleaning easier and pain free.

Good suction and easy setup

Working great so far! Got this as a gift and set it up. It's nice that I was able to connect it to the phone, the Manual connection (second option) worked perfectly. Aside from that it has the remote. I set it up where it's stationed under the couch and there was no problem with that. Great vacuum, even though the house was vacuumed (by traditional standing vacuum), we ran it and it picked up a bunch still.

I got this thing after redoing the floors on our first floor and I'm so glad I did! It gets everything up off the floor. I never have to vacuum myself, and the kids love watching it too!
