Received as a Christmas gift. The vacuum was very well packaged. The vacuum was the smart clean Robo vac 2000 by ionvac. Read the directions for easy product pairing.

After dumping the dust bin twice, the dust bin locked up and couldn't be opened. Not caused by a blockage.

This is a great vacuum it’s pretty much just and updated version of my Kyvol robot vacuum even the remotes are interchangeable all this vac needs is the mop tray
