Misleading burner size specs

The burners effective heading element sizes are 1" smaller than advertised, causing our pans not to heat evenly at all, like we expected then to and they did on previous electric oven burners of same size. Very disappointed and wish we could return the range

Problem with range

Purchase the product two months ago and now having issues with the burners not responding. Placed a service order and will see the response.

Boil water and it adjusts the controls for you :(

Purchased a few years ago and mostly happy with this. Love the induction cooktop, super easy to keep clean. Love the convection bake, it really does make a difference. The part we just HATE is that the control are capacitive touch. Normally I'd be all for this as it look nice and modern, but in this case, when you boil potatoes, the water splashes sometimes, and that turns off the burner, so 5 minutes later you realize your potatoes are just not even cooking. Very frustrating. Also, cleaning the controls constantly beeps at you (even when you lock them). And boy, if you get the surface even a little messy/damp while cooking you cannot control the burner at all, which sometimes means you can't turn it down, which seems kinda dangerous. Also, the front left won't get hot enough to boil water on our unit, so we have to move it to the front left to get it boiling, then switch whatever we're making. It's really annoying.
If I could afford to do this again, I'd switch for a gas top on the convection oven, or just a radiant heat (even though those are much harder to keep clean) so I could have normal good ol' knobs for the controls!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Induction Range with Features

The induction range works really well and the oven holds temperature really well. The smart features are good. Don't know if I will use the camera much, but its something I will continue to try to use.

As I am still learning all the features I did not give it a 5 star. I like what I have used so far with the exception of putting a smaller pot on a larger heat surface. It doesn't work. Unfortunately the smaller pot burners are on the back. Would have been nice to have to option for a smaller burner up front.

We've been pleased with the performance of the cooktop and oven. The oven bakes very well and the air fryer feature is the best we've used. The cooktop responds quickly to changes in temperature. We really like the precision cooking features and that we can use the synch burners feature to griddle on the cooktop. The software performs well and is updated. Not long after we purchased the oven there was an update for a set of steakhouse oven programs. Makes us feel like we will continue to get value added through updates.

Where we live a gas range is out of the question. The induction cooktop is a great substitute. This range has too many options to cover
