Amazing features!

All I have to say is that this was well worth the wait. I thought I was going to love how quickly induction works to preheat a pan or get a pot of water boiling... until I tried out the air fry function. I quickly figured out that you just basically throw the items in at the package instructions without any preheating, and everything comes out perfectly! Everything about this range is a huge timesaver for me for when I'm preparing lunch and dinner for my hungry toddler. My baker wife also enjoys that this oven has a proof feature, which is awesome for making homemade breads! I really can't find any detractors on this, except that maybe I wish that the oven temperature controls could be set via a number pad rather than in incremements of 25 degrees (or increments of 5 degrees on the app). I also like being able to see a live stream of what's happening inside the oven from the comfort of my couch via the camera! Super satisfied with this purchase overall.

No Self Clean Mode

This product comes only with Steam Clean Mode. Steam Clean is not suitable to really clean the oven. In the Quick Guide that came with the range the Self Clean Mode is still mentioned but there is no way to activate it. Self Clean Mode is a feature that any serious cook needs especially since abrasive cleaner or sprays should not be used.
In the Hestan Cue app the precision cook mode identifies the wrong cook top burner.

The stove is really efficient and more responsive than the gas stove it replaced. I would have given 5 stars were it not for there being no instructions about how to find or use the self clean function mentioned in the instructions. This seems to have been an issue for many other purchasers as well judging by the online comments I have seen.
The temperature sensor button in the front left burner, although really useful, does spoil the sleek range top appearance and make cleanup more involved.

I approached induction cooking with some trepidation. I have found it to be wonderful! I have made soups, delicate sauces, boiled eggs, grilled hamburgers, and sauted chicken. I particularly like the precision cooking eye. Air frying is replacing broiling in my repertoire. Pork chops, salmon, chicken tenders come out moist and tender. Used the proofing mode today for enriched rolls. It was wonderful.

First Induction Range

The induction cooking surface on this range is a dream to use and clean. We had to replace a couple of our aluminum pans but it's well worth it. The oven features convection as well as conventional mode, and air-frying. Everything comes out perfectly cooked. This model has steam cleaning but no high temperature cleaning mode, but it's surface is easy to clean manually. Overall it's a great product for us.

Great oven, but buzzes

It is a great oven, but the cooktop burners buzz when you turn them on. I guess that is the magnets in the induction cooktop and it can't be helped.
