We bought 3 years ago and had no issues. Leave it up all year use it thru Winter I like it best when cold out.
Would recommend a sun cover over motor as sun ruins control face if not under cover.

This is a terribly unit! I would stay far away from this or any other Intex brand.
Non stop leaks from the connections between the hot tub and the pump. Absolutely terrible design.
