Great while it lasted only 2 months.

Lasted 2 months and then got the E80 error of death. Still waiting on replacement parts. No one seems to know if ans when they will be getting them. Good luck trying to get someone to answer.

Lots of problems

Motor failed after 6 months, then black flakes started coming out of the motor. Also, it will not maintain heat if outside air is below 45 F

So-so spa.

We have had this spa for two years. When the pump works it’s a great spa. Temperature stays at 104, problem is we are on the 2nd pump, needing to purchase a 3rd. The heating element is constantly blowing black chunks into the spa. Now the heater is tripping the gfi. The filter and bubbles work fine. I would imagine that the company needs to find a better pump design.

Doesn’t last long !

Motor out in less than 2 years ! Also tried to get a replacement panel i used it for 2 minutes so they won’t refund ! But on the invoice it states 30’day refund policy ! When I call Intex they tell me that’s for retail stores! I’m emptying my spa and putting away !
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Non stop LEAKS

This is a terribly unit! I would stay far away from this or any other Intex brand.
Non stop leaks from the connections between the hot tub and the pump. Absolutely terrible design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cover Instructions Support

Good luck with the "new" cover. It's like putting a baby sock on an adult foot. You need HELP!!!! Just bought mine and the pump area is leaking. Instructions are horrible. Can't find the model on the web. Mine is square, not round. 2nd Intex spa in 3 years. Hoping this one doesn't go through pumps like the last, providing I can get the leak fixed.

Terrible product and service

Bought one last year and it started losing air. Received a warranty replacement A few months ago and didn't open the box and setup until last week. The new tub wouldn't even hold air through the first night! Now they say my warranty is expired and won't assist. STAY AWAY!
