Sounds Great! Cord issues.

Sounds Great! Overall these are some of the best sounding I have heard and 95% of time are great for me.
1) The cord is a little short for me. I am 6'3" and the cord is barely long enough for me to put my phone in my back pocket and still have room to move my head. Other earbuds I have are a little longer and I can view my phone without taking out the earbuds.
2) Cord is overly stiff when unwinding. I understand the need for a larger wire to transfer more energy to the speaker, but the cord is pretty stiff. After I wrap it up and put it in the box, upon removal it is a coiled mess! I have others that have the linen type of cable which I think is much better.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Harman Kardon may be a great company but this is a bad product. They dont stay in the ear even for 5 seconds. I think its because of the hardness of silicon buds. My other cheap ear phones do a much better job.
I am trying to find a way to return them.

I'M A GREAT FAN OF HK, AND I LOVE THEIR PRODUCTS. I BOUGHT THIS EAR PHONES 2 WEEKS AGO AND I LOVE THE WAY IT SOUNDS. THE CONCERNS THAT I HAVE WITH THIS PRODUCT IS THE CONSTRUCTION ITSELF. THE WIRE LOOKS VERY FRAGILE AND ALSO I THINK THE WIRE IS NOT LONG ENOUGH LIKE OTHERS(BOSE) DO. I WOULD SAY THIS IS A GREAT MUSIC PHONES BUT LACKS OF BETTER CONSTRUCTION FOR THE PRICE. HK, I THINK YOUR FANS DESERVES A BETTER PRODUCTS. KEEP UP THE HIPE AND LIVE UP TO THE EXPECTATIONS.

Great sound, fit, lousy cord

I wanted a pair of iphone compatible headphones so when I saw the NI's I thought I'd take a chance since I've bought Harman/kardon audio products going back to 1980's. The sound quality from the mid range on up is excellent. Not a lot of low end unless you crank up the volume but for your ears sake of course not recommended. I found the fit fine and they stayed into ears securely.
My big gripe is with the lousy cord. It constantly curls up in circles and never extends and lays flat. With all the technical know how in the country we can't make a cord the doesn't curl up?

The cord on this piece is stiff and has a memory. Make using them when moving around imposible.
