I got it for a great price. The shipping was pretty fast, about a week. It is build solid. I definitely buy again when the price offer again.

The earplugs are not comfortable at all when in the ear. I tried all three sizes of cushions included and none felt comfortable.

Crisp clear treble & midrange w/ good solid bass

Review based on 3 weeks of daily use by a music lover but not a music (hi-fi) snob.. Bought this earbud headphone on sale, a bit skeptical of the quality but relying on the brand name. As sound quality comparison, I compared the sound with my Skullcandy Hesh 2, Harmon Kardon CL, Audio Technica ATH-M50, and A-audio Legacy.
Pro: Crisp clear treble & midrange w/ good solid bass. Not too bassy. Clear range of sound from jazz, R&B, hip-hop, rock, electronic pop, rap, classical, and top-40 that I listen to regularly. Good volume. Minimal loss of sound quality at very low volume and a gets very bassy at very high volume.
Con: This earbud headphone controls does not work well with Samsung phone; only stop/start button works. The cord does not strighten out no matter what. Also the cord is a bit short, so if you have your phone in your back pocket and you are taller than 5' 10", the cord is too short. It will pop out. Finally, the headphones comes with two additional earbuds but these are generally designed for people with big ear canals.
Overall: The sound quality wins over the limitations of the headphones.

It came neatly safely packed. Music quality was too good with clear highs and lows. But phone conversations has low sound even if my volume is set to max. Also ear bud sucks. It sticks inside your ear and since the ear hole is small you ve to keep it in a particular position to listen to music/phone conv

Good price, bad head phones

I have been looking for a new headphone for sometime now. When Harmon Kardon came out with their new deal (the price was very attractive), I jumped on it to order the in ear NI model.
I have been using them for over a week now and they are not very comfortable. They keep falling out of my ear, definitely a design flaw! Harmon Kardon is known for superior sound quality but I don't feel as these headphones deliver their promise on sound quality either.
Although the price was attractive, I am kinda disappointed in the headphones overall. I am back on the search to find new headphones.
