Range top is "ok"

This is a new homw. We moved in 4 months ago.
The range top is "ok". Two knobs have broke and just spin. The builder says he cant get the parts. Additionally the front left burner burns uneven. High in the left, normal the rest. Never had a gas range do this before.

Chef’s kitchen essential!

We fell in love with the design and we have loved it every day since we got it. The amount of burners fits our lifestyle of cooking and the style meshes well with our chefs kitchen theme we are going for.

We love the cooktop. The only complaint is that the wok burner should not be a prominent burner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] overall, i love the cooktop. however, i have had multiple knobs break. there is plastic piece on the back of the metal knob that breaks. if you do not push in the knob first, then turn the plastic piece will break. ive never broken one, but when i have a new guest over, they tend to strip them and break them. tto my knowledge, you cant just buy the small plastic piece, i have to buy the enitre knob and it is expensive
